| Mazowezi Personal Training is
led by Shede Olukhale. Shede is an ex international
athlete and fully qualified personal trainer. He
played for the Kenyan national football team, and
has been involved in elite sports for over 10 years,
being exposed to professional coaching and training
techniques. It is this hands on experience in the
field of elite sports, combined with a wealth of
personal training experience gained here in
Melbourne, that we will draw upon to assist you
achieve your health and fitness goals while also
making exercise fun and enjoyable. Shede is a fully
qualified Football Federation of Australia Football
coach, qualified pre and post natal trainer, Boxing
instructor and holds certificate 3 and 4 in personal
training. As someone who has maintained fitness throughout my
life, through professional sport and on a personal
level, I understand the benefits of fitness on every
day life, the feeling of well being, a reduction of
muscular aches and pains, increased energy and
stamina and mental alertness. Mazowezi personal
training philosophy is one of a total mind/body
connection with a focus on the restorative and
regenerative effects of exercise on the body. This
is achieved through a strong focus on postural
alignment, mind/body co ordination, and breathing
techniques combined with physical exercise as a
lifestyle change.
We are there to motivate and challenge you to exceed
your own expectations. An understanding of the way
in which the body works and the knowledge of the
effects of exercise on the body is what we believe
will lead you to attain your goals, whether it be
weight loss, body tone, flexibility, cardiovascular
fitness, strength or muscle development.
Mazowezi Fitness is a mobile service which allows
you to select the environment in which you are most
comfortable or gym based personal training.
